龍德嚴淨 仁波切(龍德 上師)開示：
一失人身萬劫難，要得到一般人的身體已經很難了，
更何況要得到暇滿的人身，那就更不容易。
就像是一隻盲龜百年浮上水面，
剛好穿過一個牛軛這樣的難得機率才可以當人，
所以絕對要捨棄覺得當人很容易的想法。
